How long will it take?
Shipping estimates:
Toronto (GTA Area): 1- 2 business days.
Ontario: 1-4 business days.
Western Canada: 2-7 business days.
Eastern Canada: 2-7 business days.
Please note we do require 2 business days to process orders before shipping.
 
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
 
When do my plants ship?
We ship Monday - Friday! In the winter, we may hold packages over the weekend.
 
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Currently, we are not shipping orders to PO Boxes. This is to ensure that your orders arrive safely and reliably! We suggest signing up for Flex Delivery with Canada Post, where you can select a pickup post office to keep your package safe! You can sign up for Canada Post Flex Delivery at www.canadapost.ca/flexdelivery. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at hello@plantcollective.co 
 
How do you package them?
Your succulents and air plants are hand-packed for their journey to your home. We will place them in a bed of shredded craft paper and may choose to wrap them individually (especially with cacti!). This protects them from both the weather & damage in the case of rough handling.
When you get your succulents, make sure to unwrap them immediately. Get them some sunlight & a tiny spritz of water if necessary. (straight to the roots)
 
COVID-19 Shipping:
Due to COVID-19, please expect some delays in the processing and shipping of your order. We are adhering to all safety protocols, which in turn effects the number of pickers and packers we have in the greenhouse fulfilling orders. We are working very hard to get your plants out to you as fast as we can! Additionally, carriers such as Canada Post, UPS and Fedex have had an influx in packages and therefore are also experiencing delays as well. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and can assure you it's worth the wait!


RETURNS
Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns on live plants including succulents, cacti, & air plants - these items are final sale. That being said, we care about your experience & will do everything we can to make sure you have a great experience purchasing from us. 
If you have a problem with your order, follow these steps:
  1. Send us an email at hello@plantcollective.co with the following

  2. Description of the issue

  3. Order number

  4. Photos of damaging to packaging and or plants.

  5. Photo of the shipping label on the package

     

  • Do not throw anything out as carrier might request their return as proof.
     
    **IMPORTANT** Winter Returns Update:
    During the winter months, we are not accepting any returns due to possible cold damage. If there is a problem with your order, please e-mail hello@plantcollective.co within 24 hours of delivery.
     
    Damaged products:
    All plants are handpicked and guaranteed to be disease free & premium quality. 
    If your plants arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@plantcollective.co. 
     
    Please note:
    1. A damaged leaf or two does not qualify for store credit.

    2. We are not responsible for packages that are left at the post office (please track your package using the tracking number provided).

     
    We address each request on a case by case basis and all exchanges, credits, & refunds are at our sole discretion. Thanks!
     
    What is Plant Collective Shipping Insurance?
    Plant Collective Shipping Insurance is available for purchase on all orders. This will cover any theft, loss, or damage to your package. If you have any questions about shipping insurance, please contact us at hello@plantcollective.co
     
    Can I change my shipping address?
    If you notice an error with your shipping address, please contact us at hello@plantcollective.co as soon as possible. We try our best to have orders shipped shortly after they have been processed, so the sooner we are made aware, the better!
