Modified shipping schedules
We switch our shipping schedule to only dispatch orders with couriers from Mondays through Wednesdays during cold months. This will help ensure that your plants do not get stuck in transit over the weekend in cold shipping room containers.
Choosing the best courier
We work with many couriers and will always select the courier with the best-estimated delivery date to your address. No matter the courier, you will also receive a tracking number so you can monitor your plants' journey and make sure you're available to receive the package.
We offer shipping insurance all year-‘round but highly recommend it especially in the winter months when mother nature can be a bit more unpredictable. If your plants succumb to frost or any other kind of damages due to cold weather or courier delays, we will resolve the issue right away and send you replacement plants.
